What gets you up in the morning ?
To be honest, the extraordinary momentum we are enjoying at Thora Capital and the desire to perpetuate that forward momentum. And of course being able to provide for my family.

What keeps you up at night?
Probably the same as most of us, if there is an issue that I have yet to find a solution for, I'll ruminate on it until I've solved it, regardless of the time of day or night.

What qualities do you most look for in colleagues?
Foremost is reliability and capability. Trusting that our colleagues will do what is required and are as aligned and committed as we all are. This also happens to extend to investors, and they, appropriately, insist on this from their managers.

If you weren’t in aviation where would you be?
Probably in the countryside somewhere working with the natural environment & resources. Or if I'm not working then ideally driving around the countryside in a classic sports car with some fishing and hunting thrown in.

What is your current state of mind?
Focused and optimistic.
